This research is about the confirmed connection of the local and local festival rate, regarding the local and local festival as one brand. For this, we used structural Equation Model to analyze visitors, that are coming to the herb remedy festival in Yeongcheon, on about how they percept the local brand credibility and furthermore, what judgement they have of the festival. As the result of the analysis ; First, the local brand credibility takes on two kinds of variables such as expertise and trustworthiness. Second, the local brand credibility attains a good influence by being conscious of the local festival for the perceived quality that is judged. Third, the credibility for the local brand has a good influence by the saving from information costs. Fourth, by confirming that the local festival requires high quality, the repeatedly visit rate goes up. Last, the information cost savings by the local festival has a good influence on the repeatedly visit rate.
