대학생과 교사용 분노 생활 사건 척도 = Development of the Anger Event Scales for College Students and Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

한국의 대학생들과 초·중·고 교사들에게 사용할 수 있는 분노 생활 사건 척도를 개발하려 했다. 제어 이론과 인지적 평가 이론의 입장에서 분노 생활 사건을 정의하고, 대학생들과 교사들이 일상 생활에서 빈번하게 경험하는 생활 사건들을 중심으로 각각 22개와 24개의 문항으로 구성한 대학생용과 교사용 척도를 만들었다. 259명의 남녀 대학생들과 297명의 초·중·고 남녀 교사들을 대상으로 척도의 심리측정적 성질을 검토했다. 문항분석과 전체 척도의 내적 합치도, 척도 점수의 분포와 기술 통계치, 척도의 요인 구조 및 준거 변인들과의 관련성에 대한 분석을 했다. 대학생용과 교사용 척도는 공통적으로 내적 합치도가 높고, 의미있게 해석할 수 있는 하위 요인 구조를 보이며, 준거 변인들과의 관련성도 사전 연구나 이론에서 예측되는 방향과 일치했다 분노 생활 사전 연구에 대해 본 연구의 결과가 시사하는 바를 논의했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

An attempt was made to develop the anger event scales for college students and for elementary and middle school teachers. Items used in the scale, based on control theory(Chon & Kim, 1989, 1991) and cognitive appraisal theory(Lazarus, 1993; Lazarus & Folkman 1984) were selected from a preliminary survey on anger life events for korean undergraduates and teachers. participants were 259 college students(study 1) and 297 elementary and middle school teachers(study 2). Internal consistency, descritive statistics of the scale, factor structure of the scale, and relationships with criterion variables were analized. Both scales, for college students and for college students and for teachers, show high internal consistency, interpretable factor structure and convergent validity. Finally, implications for future study are discussed in the light of the present results.
