정신지체여성에 대한 성폭력과 예방대책 = Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Women with Mental Retardation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라는 장애여성이나 정신지제여성의 성폭력에 관한 정보나 예방대책 프로그램 그리고 치료상담에 있어서 매우 부족하다. 또한 아직 장애여성이나 정신지체여성에 대한 성폭력을 다루는 연구조사나 자료들이 거의 없는 것이 우리의 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 근래 사회적인 주제로 떠오르고 있는 정신지제여성의 실제 성폭력 사례들을 제시함으로써 그에 따른 올바른 성폭력의 개념을 정립하고, 원인, 예방대책을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 여성 성폭력 예방대책을 위해 실행하고 있는 한국성폭력상담소의 목표와 활동 그리고 독일 Bodelschwinghschen 의 Bethel 기관에서 추진되었던 “정신지제 여성에 대한 성폭력 예방대책” 프로젝트를 소개하고, 성폭력의 법적인 규정을 살펴봄으로써 정신지제여성에 대한 성폭력의 예방대책을 마련해 보고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Differentiated information, preventive Programmes and therapies conceming the problems of sexual offene to persons with retardation are still few. Thus there are no studies at all and hardly any 1iterature in the Korea language area. The present article is based on aktivity of Korea sexual Violence Relief Center in Korea and on results and experiences gained as a social education worker in the project "Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Women with Mental Retardation" conducted in a branch of the large institution "v. Bondelschwinghschen Anstalten
Bethel" in Bielefeld in Germany. Nummbers, symptoms and possibilities of preventing sexual offences, especially with regard to women with mental r'etardation, are presented.
