      This research is a study on the use of the outlet mall and behavioral characteristics. Case study area was selected as Shinsegae Chelsea Outlet in Paju. The main method of analysis, we conducted a factor analysis and correlation analysis. Factors were analyzed in all seven survey results. A total of seven factors were utilized to analyze the correlation between the use of visitor satisfaction. In addition, prior to analyzing the impact of the components of the space given to the satisfaction of visitors outlet mall, we conducted a correlation analysis between each variable. Analysis of the spatial element affecting the satisfaction of visitors outlet mall, it was found that the variable does not have a significant relationship satisfaction and outlet mall cause strange sociological population. If you look at the relative influence of individual variables of satisfaction outlet mall, pointed out the corelation of the components of the outlet mall space, the (+) static outlet mall human satisfaction, vision, tenant, and then support shopping be a significant impact has been confirmed.
