학교폭력예방을 위한 무용/동작심리치료 프로그램 개발 및 분석: 너나들이 여행 = Development and Analysis of Dance/Movement Psychotherapy Program for Prevention of School Violence: The Journey of Neona-Deulee

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 학교폭력문제는 피, 가해 학생 차원을 넘어 국가 사회적 문제로 인식되고 있으며, 가정폭력과 학교폭력 그리고 사회폭력이 상호 연관되어 사회 전반의 폭력문화를 만들고 있다는 점에서 가정의 역할과 교육적 기능 및 지역사회 참여와 역할을 확대하여 정부와 함께 긴밀히 협력하고 대응하는 노력이 수반되어야 근원적인 해소가 가능하다고 지적하고 있다. 교육부의 학교폭력예방 및 대책 기본계획(‘15~‘19)에서 정부를 비롯한 가정-학교-사회가 함께 학교현장의 근본적인 변화를 이끌어 내고, 건강한 학교문화 조성과 더불어 학생들 스스로 학교폭력의 위해성을 인식하여 폭력행위를 하지 않는 행동변화를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 방안을 보다 강화하였다. 이 중, 전국의 약 3000개의 학교폭력예방 선도학교 인 ‘어깨동무학교’를 육성하여 특색 있고 효과성 있는 프로그램을 기획, 실행 하여 중점 사업별 활성화 방안을 마련하여 프로그램 활용 및 매뉴얼 제작, 연구학교 운영성과를 일반학교로 확산하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 5가지 프로그램 중 문화체험 분야로 적용 된 <너나들이여행: 학교폭력예방을 위한 무용/동작심리치료 프로그램>이 2016년 GS칼텍스와 대한민국교육봉사단의 후원으로 개발, 추진되어 2017년 현재 까지 2개의 중학교 1,2학년 317명에게 프로그램이 적용되었고, 2017년 2학기에도 추가 1개교에 적용 될 예정이다. 이에 너나들이 여행의 프로그램의 개발추진체계, 효과성측정, 분석결과의 총 3가지 내용을 중심으로 소개될 것이며, 학교폭력예방 차원에서 무용/동작심리치료 프로그램의 초, 중등 교육과정에서의 어깨동무학교의 특화 프로그램으로써의 정착을 통한 일반화 가능성과 발전방향을 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recent issue of school violence in Korea, It's recognized national social issue. In addition to be connected family violence and school violence, social violence, it makes culture of the violence among society in the way that indicate a problem it possible to get fundamental solved enlarge about family rule and educational function and participate of a community with government. The ministry of Education in Korea, it promote ‘The school of Together’ that pioneer school for prevention of school violence at elementary school, middle school, high school with development about characteristic, effectiveness program on the basis of analysis from school features and external resources and risk factor, internal ability. ‘The Journey of Neona-Deulee’ Dance/Movement Psychotherapy program is one of the program about ‘The school of Together’ that be developed prevention of school violence project of the ministry of education in Korea. Also, this program was developed through sponsor by GS caltex Corporation and Korea Education volunteering group. In this study, it's not only will be introduced about ‘The Journey of Neona-deulee’ what applied to 2 middle school about 317 students since 2016 to 2017 but also it will be reported about analysis 3 categories 1) Dance/Movement psychotherapy Program promotion system 2) Effectiveness measure 3) Analysis. In order to prevention of school violence, It will be exploring design generalize possibilities by the specialize Dance/Movement psychotherapy program a part of ‘The school of Together’ in the compulsory education course.
