몇가지 생장조절제 전처리 및 저장온도가 절화국화의 선도유지에 미치는 영향 = Effect of Pre-treatment with Plant Growth Regulators and Storage Temperature on the Freshness Maintenance of Cut Dendranthema grandifloum ‘Baekseol’

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted to examine the effect of pre-treatment and storage temperature on the maintenance of freshness maintenance in cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’. Promalin 50mg ․ L -1 treatment at 5 ℃ and ambient storage conditions delayed early flowering of cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’ and enhanced the quality, and this effect was more effective at ambient storage temperature. This treatment was showed to effective pre-treatment on freshness maintenance that was applied to the freshness maintenance of fresh weight in the relationship between the loss of marketability. Also, 5 ℃ storage and Promalin 50mg ․ L -1 at sprayed treatment showed a tendency to inhibit the ethylene production of cut chrysanthemum and that could be seen the climacteric type. The results indicate that ambient storage and Promalin 50mg ․ L -1 could be best pre-treatment on freshness maintenance in cut chrysanthemum ‘Baekseol’.
