      This thesis aims to study how the Decomas Strategy can be introduced and adopted as a new strategy for modern enterprises to respond to the most important problem, the consuming mind-control, for the purpose of making a good image and attraction to consuming public the modern enterprises are faced with.
      The excellent strategy is requested for the consumer collection in modern society, and yet the aspects of the development of new products, sales-activity of goods and profit-chasing are not satisfactory.
      The fact that product life-cycle is reducing now requires the modern enterprises for a new strategy to satisfy the consumers.
      This new strategy is commonly called Decomas which several enterprises in our country introduced, adopted, and are now making a good result from.
      The discussions in this thesis are expected to give a stress on the importance of the Decomas Strategy and its practical use in the light of the actual circumstances modern enterprises are in at present, and to call up the top managers of the enterprises the necessity of its adoption for their enterprises.
      In the second chapter of this thesis the importance of the management and image of modern enterprises was emphasized as a new device for the Decomas Strategy. And the Decomas Strategy was analyzed, and manufacturing procedure and introducing method was presented as practical devices for enterprises in the third chapter. The case study of advocating enterprises which have already introduced and is now adopting the Decomas Strategy for themselves while the others hardly respond to by now. The advocates are few : Dong-A Pharmacetical Company, Jae-Il Textile Company, Dong-Yang Brewery Company, and Jin-Ro Company.
      In short, the usefulness of the Decomas Strategy should be reconsidered for the practical use in our country.
