This study aims to find a way to activate the school sports club Judo class by recognizing the perceived structure of education service quality that students perceive, through reviewing the importance-satisfaction via IPA technique, for students who participate directly in the school sports club judo class. Samples were collected from 124 students who participates in the actual school sports club judo class by selecting ‘blue’ middle school, which is conducting judo class with school sports club, in ‘A’ region as a research environment. From the collected questionnaires, 112 valid samples were used for data analysis. The first quadrant has a property with both high importance and high satisfaction, and it is required to maintain and manage the present state continuously. The quadrant I includes properties such as program systematicity, class atmosphere, program level, enthusiasm for leaders, interest in students, pursuit of health promotion, fun in the program, etc. While the quadrant II has high importance, it consists of properties that require high priority improvement with low satisfaction and properties such as program continuity, leadership personality, etc. are included. The quadrant III has properties with low importance and satisfaction, which are not items to be considered at this time. The quadrant III includes properties such as facility cleanliness, facility size, facility safety, facility accessibility, leadership expertise, communication with leaders, etc. The quadrant IV is properties that should be considered for current efforts with low importance but high satisfaction so that it’s equivalent to possible overkill. The quadrant IV includes coping with emergencies, self-development orientation, relieving stress, etc.
