성인학습자의 e-러닝 프로그램 선택과정에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색 = Identifying Influential Variables that Affect Adult Learners`s Selection Process of E-Learning Programs

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to examine significant variables that affect adult learners` selection process of e-learning program. We identified 48 variables that influence the selection process by reviewing the literature and classified them into 9 categorical factors. The nine factors were demographic factors, aim of use, types of use, organizational characteristics, system information, social issues, perceptual path, design and development, and management. Then we conducted a correspondence analysis to sort 48 variables by the importance that was rated by the respondents. The most influential factors in the study were learners` motivation and interests. They were followed by the reputation of instructors and institutions. The lest influential factors were gender, location where the respondents live, and their academic career. From the data, we addressed a perceptual map, which describes the importance rate by the graphical representation.
