소프트웨어 아웃소싱을 위한 벤더 평가시 고려요소에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Vendor Evaluating Method for Software Outsourcing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대 기업 또는 정부의 조직에서 소프트웨어를 개발하고 유지보수하는 작업은 경쟁우위를 확보하는 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 그러나 소프트웨어 개발과 유지보수와 관련하여 매우 많은 비용이 소요되며, 기업의 예산 항목중 핵심 비용으로 자리잡고 있다.
비즈니스 프로세스 리엔지니어링에 대한 필요성은 기업전반에 걸쳐 인식되고 있으며 이를 위해 아웃소싱이 검토되고 있다.
본 연구에서는 이러한 소프트웨어의 비용을 감축하고, 리엔지니어링을 추진할 수 있는 소프트웨어 벤더의 평가 방안 및 평가요소에 대해 연구하였다. 특히 벤더 일반사항과 소프트웨어 자체에 대한 평가 항목으로 크게 나누어 살펴보았다.
결론적으로 아웃소싱 벤더 대한 의사결정은 매우 중요하고 신중하게 이루어져야 한다는 것을 강조하고 있다.

How is development and maintained is an important competitive aspect in modern organizations operation. Software development and maintenance are, however, expensive operations and have become major costs in corporate budgets.
Business process reengineering is becoming more widespread, and more business executives are wondering if software management should it be outsourced.
This paper suggest is investigated the vendor evaluating method for software outsourcing. Major aspects are overall vendor aspect and software package itself.
The decision to outsource and the choice of an outsource vendor deserve thought analysis and careful preparatory work.
