비교문화적 관점에서 본 한국적 창의성의 통합 모형 탐구 = The Integrative Model of Korean Creativity in the Aspect of Inter-cultural Comparison

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 최근 창의성 연구에서 국가 간 문화적 차이를 고려할 필요가 있음을 인식하고,　문화적 변인을 고려한 통합적 창의성 모형을 개발하고,　이 모형을 미국에도 적용하여 한국의 모형 결과와 비교분석하는데 있다.　이를 위해,　인지,　성격,　환경,　문화를 포함하는 한국적 창의성 질문지를 한국과 미국에서 대학생 (한국:1208명;　미국:511명)을 대상으로 실시하였다.　그리고 창의성의 인지,　성격,　환경,　문화를 포함하는　통합모형을 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다.　연구결과,　문화를 환경 변인에 포함시키는　것 보다 환경과 독립된 변인으로 설정하는 것이 구조방정식모형에 더 적합하였고,　한국적 창의성 통합모형이 미국에서는 덜 적합한 모형으로 나타났다.　이상의 결과 중 특히 문화가 환경에 포함되기보다 환경과 독립된 변인으로 창의성에 작용한다는 연구결과는 창의성 연구에서 비교문화와 관련된 연구가 활성화될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This　study aims　to develop the　integrative　model　of　creativity including 4　factors,　cognition,　personality,　culture　and　environment.　Also　we　examine　the　difference　between　Korean model　of　creativity and US model.1208 college students in Korea and 511　college students in US were surveyed in this study.　The interaction among four　factors(cognition,　personality,　culture and environment) was investigated by using　Equation　Model(SEM)　analysis.　The　results　were　as　follows　:　First　it　is　adequate　model　in　which　the　culture　is　dependent　factor　from environment.　Second　Korean　integrative　model　of　creativity is less adequate in U.S.A.　These results suggest　that　cultural　studies　are　needed　in　the　domain　of　creativity　research.
