Jongho Lee & Boksoo Choi The management of a modern corporation requires human resource, material resources, information, etc. And the need for management technique of the corporation to develope main human resources is now greater than ever. Managers have to reform management technique in order to satisfy job satisfaction of hotel employees.
This thesis not only make an attempt to find the solutions to the probloms through the theory and an emprical investigation on the job satisfaction of the hotel employees but also to improve the efficiency of business administration and management of hotel workers.
This is thought as the result of the fact that a man having high growth nee is influenced rather by job characteristics rather than by other dimension. And the basic idea of this approach is to built into job attributes t at create conditions for high work motivation, satisfaction, and performanc.
In conclusion, in order to improve psychological and behavioral outcomes of works, all five core job characteristics should be developed. And introducting job redesign through job characteristics approach, managers should consider employee's individual differences.
