사회복지사업법 제2조의 사회복지사업에 포함되는 법률에 관한 연구 = A Study of Analysis and Alternative concerning Social Service Laws applied by Social Welfare Work Law in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper deals with the category and alternative concerning Social Service Laws applied by Social Welfare Work Law in Korea
This study tries to analyse the Social Service Laws applied by Social Welfare Work Law to propose the alternative concerning the improving the social service laws.
The major findings were obtained in this study as following. First, Laws applied by Social Welfare Work Law are 20 laws. The important thing is that laws(for examle, youth laws, Health Family Helping Law, Law for Preventing Juvinile Crime in School)
The result suggest the excluded laws from Social Welfare Work Law should be included. And we need the necessity of amending Social Welfare Work Law to control not only social welfare public corporation but also general public corporation that currently manage the social welfare organization.
