      Protein not only plays a great role in almost all the life process of human body but also bears much significance in tie origin of energy and the physiological action. The testing method of Total Protein is the Reinhold's Method using Biuret Reagent....

      Protein not only plays a great role in almost all the life process of human body but also bears much significance in tie origin of energy and the physiological action.
      The testing method of Total Protein is the Reinhold's Method using Biuret Reagent. The number of tests is 555 people in all, that is, 309 male and 246 female, The results of the test are shown as following.
      1. Average Total Serum Protein of the sampled parsons (555 persons) was 6.739±0.711gm/dl. Total Serum Protein by age was significant at the 5 percent level. Namely, Serum Protein of the young persons was higher than that of the old.
      2. Average Total Serum Protein of inhabitants in Urban and Rural Area was 6.772± 0.712 and 6.648±0.677gm/dl respectively. However, the difference is not significant at 5 percent level.
      3. Also, Total Serum Protein by sex was not significant at the 5 percent level; 6.710± 0.734gm/dl for male and 6.777±0.667 gm/dl for female.
