This research shows that legal profession moral establishment plans through the legal profession broker instance. and It summarized legislativeworks, systems, policies which was discussed from Presidential Committee on Judicial Reform. On the base of these things, this research is presenting plan for a legal profession moral establishment.
First, Trial recording and opening to the public of justice decision recording, investigation with justice process and result notice system, and see-through security of the criminal justice system which leads the introduction of the criminal justice system which uses the electronic document.
Second, The control system preparation against the prosecuting attorney’s discretionary powers and its rationalization from investigation process-For example, application for an arbitration crime magnification.
Third, preparations for judge’s discretionary powers control system, for example, in criminal justice process positive participation of criminal-victim and improvement of assessment system.
Fourth, The schemes for a bar-unification of Legal profession by means of appointment method improvement of prosecuting attorney and judge.
Fifth, The watch system against the legal profession moral execution, for example the interception service which is public position retirement irrationality legal profession person and introduction of discipline-information provision system.
