대학생이 인식하는 자살의 원인과 대책에 관한 내용분석 = A Content Analysis of Subjective Perception of cause and intervention of suicide among College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated subjective views on the suicide causality and intervention among college students majoring Social Welfare and Nursing. For the purpose of the study, the qualitative study was conducted and 113students participated. The results of the study indicated that there were 6 categories in the cause of suicide such as achievement orientation, mammonism, collapse of value system, side effects of internet and media source, change of family structure, and mental health. Each category has also showed 2~6 themes. In terms of suicide intervention, there were 7 categories, which were strengthen the personality education, strengthen the social responsibility of media, alleviation of competitive trend, building collaborative society, expanding social network, family bonding, self-conquest, and new understanding of depression and each category has 2~5 themes. Based on the study results, implications for social work and nursing education and recommendation for further study were provided.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자살의 원인과 대책에 관한 대학생들의 개인적 시각을 탐색하고자 일 지역 일 대학의 간호학과 사회복지학 전공 대학생 113명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 내용분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 자살원인은 6개의 주제인 ‘성취지향주의’, ‘물질만능주의’, ‘가치체계의 붕괴’, ‘인터넷과 언론매체의 부작용’, ‘가족구조의 변화’, ‘정신건강’으로 분류되었으며, 각 주제 당 2-6개의 범주가 나타났다. 한편, 자살대책에 관한 참여자의 반응은 ‘인성교육의 강화’, ‘언론의 사회적 책임강화’, ‘경쟁적 사회풍조 근절’, ‘더불어 사는 사회구축’, ‘사회관계망의 활성’, ‘가족 결속력’, ‘자기 극복’, ‘우울증에 대한 재인식’ 등 7개 주제로 드러났으며, 각 주제 당 2-5개의 범주로 분류되어 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 대인서비스 전공 대학생들이 인식하는 자살의 원인과 대책에 관한 함의와 후속연구에 대한 방안을 제시하였다.
