靑少年의 進路敎育 方案 探索 = An Exploration of Career Education Plan for Youth

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We cannot emphasize too much the importance of career education in our modern education. However, we are faced with many problems of career education in today's school education. In order to solve the problems, every effort should be made with the following stressed
1. Schools are expected to help each individual student to have positive self-images.
2. The objects of identification should be diversified so that students can conceive a lofty ideal and hope.
3. The primacy should be given to the education of practice with emphasis placed on the guidance of active extracurricular activities, information and knowledge of career, career training, and processe of career selection.
4. Schools should help students to enhance their ability to solve problems and to make a decision for themselves as well as their intellectual level
5. Schools should help students to develop the motivation of accomplishment of the basis of their self-reliance
