The quantity of the inorganic elements of more than 30 kinds of winter vegetables grown in the fields and mountains in the province of Kyungsangbukdo in Korea, was analyzed and compared with the previous determined records.
(1) The average quantity of sodium is 59.4mg/100g, and is shown from 2.6 to 1.4 times higher than pre-stated records.
It indicates more quantity of sodium in the field-vegetables than in the mountain-vegetables, that is due to using wastes of human-body for its manure. The quantity of potassium is an average of 222.4mg/100g, which proves less when compared with the previous detected records.
(2) Calcium is contained 66.3mg/100g, magnesium 8.38mg/100g, which is shown less figure than the previous detected records.
(3) Phosphorus is involved an average of 48.4mg/100g, Iron 3.6 mg/100g. Aluminium 5.8 mg/100g, Manganess 9.9 mg/100g, Copper 3.3 mg/100g, Boron 3.29 mg/100g.
