다단기능 필터에 의한 미세먼지 및 악취절감 연구 = A Reduction Study of the Particulate and Odor by Multifunction Filter`

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다단 기능 필터에 의한 미세먼지 및 악취 저감 연구로서 기초 개념설계 및 국내외 연구동향, 필터 운전에 따른 평가, 설치방법 등과 미세먼지의 거동에 대한 메카니즘을 다각적으로 비교 분석하였다. 공정의 특성에 따라 장단점을 가지고 있으나, HEPA형 항균 필터가 앞으로 개발을 추진하는데 최적 공정으로 판단되었다.
균 분리 실험 결과, 1번 검체는 사상균이나 효모보다 세균의 분포가 높게 나타났지만 2. 3, 4번 검체에서는 사상균이 효모나 세균보다 높게 분포되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 미생물 종류에 따른 분포는 5번 검체의 세균 분포가 320 CFU/lcm²로 1과3번 검체에서는 20 CPU/l ㎝²이고 2번 검체는 4 CFU/l㎝²로 세균의 분포는 5, I, 3, 2번 검체 순서였다. 사상균의 분포는 5, 2, 4, 3, I 번 검체 순서로 높게 나타났고 효모는 2번 검체에서만 관찰되었다.

In the fields of dust & odor generation industry etc., purification against the harmful gases and bacteria is also reouested for the purpose of securing the quality and the hygiene of products.
Under the above circumstances, it has been required to develop a multifunction air filter, which has antibacteria efficiency in addition to existent dust-removing & bacteria-removing efficiencies.
We selected, analysed cabin air filter supplying G-type 2000cc class automobile. In order to meet the needs of the above-mentioned, we have studied feasibility study of multifunction air filter and microscopic analysis.
On the basis of the experimental results, the authors have investigated numbers of microorganisms and took a pictures. We analysed the isolation of microorganisms, the enumeration of total microorganisms
simultaneously tested agar plate method, counted Bacteria, Fungi, Actinomycetes.
