교사의 목표 지향과 자기효능감, 도움요청 행동과의 관계 = The Relationship between Teachers' Achievement Goal Orientation, Self efficacy and Help-seeking Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between teachers' achievement goal orientation, self efficacy and help-seeking behavior. The study also examined the effects of achievement goal orientation and self efficacy on help-seeking behavior. The 288 subjects were elementary school teachers in Pusan, 49 males and 238 females respectively. The data were analysed by Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis through the SPSSWIN 12.0.
The results of the study were as follows: 1. Teachers' mastery goal orientation related positive perception of help seeking and frequency of help seeking. 2. Ability goal orientation related negative perception of help seeking and help avoidance. 3. Teachers' help-seeking behaviors were influenced by their self efficacy, perception of help-seeking behavior and achievement goal orientation. Results validated the proposed structure of teachers' goal orientation and help-seeking behavior.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교사의 목표 지향과 자기효능감이 교사의 도움요청 행동과 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 학생에 초점을 두었던 기존의 연구와는 달리 교사의 도움요청에 영향을 미치는 요인의 탐색에 연구의 목적이 있다. 부산광역시에 소재한 8개 초등학교 교사 288명을 대상으로 목표지향 검사, 자기효능감 검사, 도움요청지각 검사, 도움요청 행동 검사를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 숙달접근 목표는 도움요청이 이익이 된다고 지각했으며 능력접근 목표는 도움요청이 자존심에 위협이 된다고 지각하고 도움요청을 회피하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 자기효능감과 도움요청에 대한 지각, 목표지향은 도움요청에 유의한 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교사의 도움요청을 조장하기 위한 동기적 요소에 대한 시사점을 제공한다.
