초기부모애착과 중년 여성의 공허감의 관계 : 자기대상욕구와 심리적 수용의 순차적 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초기부모애착과 중년 여성의 공허감 간의 관계에서 자기대상욕구와 심리적 수용의 순차적 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중년여성 401명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하 였으며, 부모애착 척도(K-PBI), 공허감 척도, 자기대상욕구 척도(K-SONI), 심리적 수용 척도 (AAQ-16)를 도구로 사용하였다. SPSS 26.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.2로 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효 과, 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관분석 결 과 초기부모애착-돌봄은 자기대상욕구, 공허감과 부적 상관을 보였고 심리적 수용과는 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 초기부모애착-과보호는 자기대상욕구, 공허감과는 정적 상관을 보였고 심리 적 수용과는 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 자기대상욕구와 심리적 수용은 부적 상관이 있었으며 자 기대상욕구와 공허감은 정적 상관을, 심리적 수용과 공허감은 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 자 기대상욕구와 심리적 수용 각각의 변인은 초기부모애착과 공허감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것 으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초기부모애착과 공허감의 관계를 자기대상욕구와 심리적 수용이 순차적 으로 매개하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 기술하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the sequential mediating effect of selfobject needs and psychological acceptance in the relationship between early parental attachment and emptiness of middle-aged women. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 401 middle-aged women, and Korean Parent Bonding Instrument(K-PBI), Emptiness Scale, Korean Selfobject Need Inventory(K-SONI), and Acceptance & Action Questionnaire-16(AAQ-16) were used as tools. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediating effects, and sequential mediating effects were verified by SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.2. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as a result of correlation analysis, early parental attachment-care showed negative correlation with selfobject needs and emptiness, and positive correlation with psychological acceptance. Early parental attachment-overprotection showed positive correlation with selfobject needs and emptiness, and negative correlation with psychological acceptance. There was negative correlation between selfobject needs and psychological acceptance, positive correlation between selfobject needs and emptiness, and negative correlation between psychological acceptance and emptiness. Second, it was found that each variables of the selfobject needs and psychological acceptance partially mediated the relationship between early parental attachment and emptiness. Third, the relationship between early parental attachment and emptiness was sequentially mediated by selfobject needs and psychological acceptance. Finally, the significance and limitations of this study were described.
