眞景山水 연구의 虛에 대한 辨證 = Demonstration about the weakness in the research on the "Real landscape painting(眞景山水)"

국문 초록 (Abstract)

그간 이루어진 진경산수에 대한 연구 성과는 조선후기 문화사를 풍부하게 한 공헌도 있지만, ‘조선의 고유한 것’을 지나치게 상정하고, 문예 문제를 관념적 사유에 의도적으로 결부하려 한 혐의에서 벗어나지 못하였다. 진경과 진경산수의 산생은 동아시아 공간의 문예 교류와도 관련성이 있기 때문이다. 특히 진경산수를 인식할 때, 일국적 시각으로 바라보아서는 안 된다. 어떤 사안이든 타자와의 관계 속에서 바라보아야 그 객관성을 담보할 수 있다. 진경산수 역시 동아시아 공간에서 산생한 실경산수의 흐름과 관련시켜 조명해야 그 객관적 실상과 보편성에 다가설 수 있다.
진경산수는 내적으로는 山水遊記와 彩色地圖의 확산과 관련성이 깊으며, 진경산수 이전의 실경산수와도 내적으로 연결된다. 또한 진경산수는 동아시아 공간에서의 使行과도 일정한 관련을 지닌다. 이 외에도 출판이나 酬應畵나 서양화의 충격과도 일부 관련성을 지니고 있다. 이처럼 진경산수는 일국 안과 밖의 다양한 자양분을 머금고 산생하였다. 이는 겸재 정선을 거치면서 만개하였고, 그 성과는 후대에 이월되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A noticeable achievement of the researches on the “real landscape painting” is to contribute to enriching the cultural history in the late of Chosun Dynasty, but these researches cannot escape from the following criticisms:the researchers excessively postulated ‘inherent and unique things about Chosun’ and they tried to connect the matter about the literature intentionally to the “abstract thought”. The development of the real landscape painting is related to the exchange of the literature and art in East Asia. In particular, when analyzing the real landscape painting, we should avoid from looking over it from a state-centric perspective. We can obtain the objectivity when we should deal with any issue under the relationship between others. While we illuminate the trend of the actual view painting developed within the literature and art in East Asia, our analysis of the real landscape painting becomes more objective and universal.
Internally, the real landscape painting is deeply related to expanding the opportunity to travel mountains and rivers, and spreading the colored maps. In addition, the real landscape painting is internally connected with the actual view painting in the former ages. The real landscape painting, externally, is related to the diplomatic visiting to China to some extent. Besides, publishing, the painting for drinking, the impact of the western painting might be the motivation of the development of the real landscape painting. Likewise, the real landscape painting was born with external and internal nutrition, the era of “Gye-Jae Jung, Sun” flourished, and the achievement of it carried forward to the later generation.
