    This paper aims to conduct and know that how much the craniosacral therapy affects the stress and the scapula balance because the stress has the influence on the structure as well as the psychology in the body.
    It is the most stressful of the shoulders around the neck, fascial muscle group and the sternocleidomastoid in the body and also hypertonus of all of muscles and tendons which is associated with the occipital bone put restrictions on the craniosacral motion.
    Each of body links with nervous system.
    When it gets stressed the muscle turns out to be rigid, which causes the tonic spasm, the central nervous system disorders and the structural problems of the cervical vertebre & the scapula and eventually add to the stress badly.
    It have conducted the survey of 22 people with the scapula deformity, man and woman, ages range from 30s to 50s before experiments.
    After it, this paper applied the CRI technique two times in a week throughout 3-weeks, worked out the VAS & HRV examination about the after-and before-therapy and also measured the left & right spine of scapulae and coracoid processes for getting the scapulae imbalance by using the ruler.
    This study used the VAS & HRV as the stress measurements tool and was available on the PALM as the incline tool of the scapulae to measure the left & right inclination of the scapulae, coracoid processes and the left & right width of the scapulae, coracoid processes.
    The analysis for research results conducted the statistics to use the SPSS 15.0 program and have found out Cronbach ⍺-value for reliability analysis to get the internal consistency of the survey
    and have testified the before & after main effects of participants in experiments to analyze the general qualities through two way ANOVA.
    This results provided above can briefly state as follows.
    1. the before & after examinations in VAS have showed that the stress had significant difference with F=208.295(p<.001) before and after it.
    2. the autonomous nervous system changes in HRV have presented significant difference with F=208.295(p<.001) before and after it.
    3. the grade measurements of the coracoid processes have had it significantly with F=173(p<.001) before and after it.
    4. the inclination measurements of the scapula spine have worked significantly with F=173(p<.001) before and after it.

    From the above evidence, the craniosacral therapy stabilize the autonomic nervous system and have the effect of not only the stress reduction but also the maintenance of the scapula balance.
    The scapula imbalance and the stress change the body posture and influence the dura mater tension caused by hypertonus of the occipital region, which brings the muscles problems around the occipital region together.
    It influence in and around muscles which attach the levator scapulae and the trapezius to the occipital bone and the scapula because they is contracted with the myofascia.
