식품위생 규제합리화 방안연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This Study is conducted to study on the accomplishment of the implementation of regulation policy based on choosing the court-driven regulation policy and enforcing『Administration Regulation Basic law』in 1998 with the beginning of regulation policy in 1990's and to induce methods of Regulation Rationalization in the food safety. And it is conducted to present the rational development plan of regulation policy in the food area in accordance with evaluating its regulation policy reflecting the characteristics of food sector in the period of last six years.
And the survey on the compliance of regulation on the requirements and standard of manufacture and process was conducted. This survey showed the fact that the subjects of this survey wants to have more realistic and exact standard and guidelines.
This Research showed the present state of registered regulation and changes through six years. This study showed the needs and methods to balance of enforced regulation and mild regulation and to reproduce necessary regulation and to temper undue regulation.
