The hypercube is a widely used topology for the interconnection network connecting processors of multicomputer, due to the economic and structural features. The communication of hypercube multicomputer is one of considerations to enhence the efficiency of programs. In the most systems, the communication is done by calling subroutines and messages are passed through the shortest path.
In this work, we propose a communication management algorithm that keeps track of the communication routines where errors frequently occur in the hypercube programs. As a result, this algorithm can prevent processors from having a deadlock when executing programs in the hypercube system.
