방과후 보육 프로그램 개발 연구 = A study on the development of after-school educare program

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to develop an after-school educare program for the first and second grade children of the elementary school in educare center of korea.
The major results of seven step can be summarized as follows :
1. Increasing double income home makes incremental demands on the after-school educare program. So, the after-school educare program aims protecting and teaching elementary school children when they are off from the schoo including vacations.
2 The after-school educare program based on the philosophical foundation, foundation of developmental psychology, foundation of society·culture.
3. The after-school educare program includes educational goals and objectives to make happy children who are willing to be together with others in community.
4. The contents of program includes "daily activity", "express/play activity", "conception learning activity" "langage learning activity" Concrete activity contents were selected and organized according to activity areas.
5. The program introduce daily educare planing, weekly educare planing, yearly educare planing, daily management.
6. The program regulate an after-school educare eacher's role.
7. The program includes assessment of an after-school educare program
