    After the 12 day workshop. the researcher hopes that participants should be able to:
    - understand curriculum development concept and processes;
    - enjoy the experience and develop confidence in developing and implementing curriculum concepts and processes;
    - be eager to go back to disseminate their knowledge and skills to their colleagues and to start involving them in curriculum development planning;
    - develop their own conception of the elements and relationships in an effective curriculum and establish a logical process which would enable them to develop a curriculum relevant to their needs;
    - organize and conduct curriculum development workshops based on their knowledge and experiences during the workshops.
