한국 대학생 진로준비유형검사의 개발 = Development of Career Preparation Type Inventory for Korean College Students(K-CPTI)

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate K-CPTI for college students. Items were developed based on the three dimensions(i.e., exploration_decision_actualization) of career developmental tasks for college students and the content validity of the items was evaluated. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were performed in 422 college students then seven factors with 20 items were selected. To evaluate the both the seven-factors structures and the three higher-order factors structures with seven lower-order factors, confirmatory factor analysis with 516 college students were performed. Item analysis, internal consistency and test-retest reliability analysis were performed. Predictive and concurrent validities were presented. According to the T scores of the 3 higher-order factors(exploration _decision_actualization), K-CPTI classified college students into eight types. The result of analysis between eight types and the related variables confirmed that all variables had significant differences in each type.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 우리나라 대학생들의 진로준비정도를 진단하고 효과적인 개입을 위해 이를 유형화할 수 있는 객관적인 측정도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 관련 이론 및 선행 연구에서의 논의를 바탕으로 대학생 진로준비의 주요 영역을 탐색-결정-실현의 3개 영역으로 설정하고 대학생 111명에게 각 영역별로 개방형 질문지 형식으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 이러한 예비조사 결과를 분류하고 문헌고찰과 사례연구들을 종합한 후 전문가들의 내용 타당도 검증을 거쳐 총 107문항을 구성하였다. 문항의 적절성을 확인하기 위한 기초조사를 통해 총 65문항의 예비척도를 제작하였고 이 척도를 가지고 전국 남․녀 대학생을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 한 결과 최종 7요인 20문항으로 구성된 한국 대학생 진로준비유형검사를 완성하였다. 척도의 요인구조가 적합한지를 확인하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 척도의 타당성과 안정성이 확인되었으며, 신뢰도 분석결과 만족할 만한 신뢰도를 보이고 있다. 탐색-결정-실현의 3개 영역을 기준으로 총 8개 유형으로 분류하였고 관련변인들과의 분석을 통해 각 유형의 차이를 확인하였다.
