In this paper, I have dealt with the issue of information security for medical information sharing. The leakage of the medical information can lead to serious social prejudice and disadvantage to an individual. In this paper, we firstly classify the environment into two categories: information security in a centralized cloud environment and information security based on a blockchain. In addition, I have analyzed not only academics but also some industrial research trends and analyze the threats and threats originating from actual incidents and derive reasonable health information sharing security requirements through the need for medical information security required by law.
Next, I propose a cloud-based mobile medical information sharing scheme that guarantees the anonymity of the patient. The scheme uses a wireless cellular network to approach the network unlike the existing research. This has highlighted security issues at the network level rather than at the application level.
Last, I suggest a medical information sharing framework that guarantees the privacy of patients by using a blockchain network. The proposed scheme highlighted the issue of information sharing in physician-patient unlinkability by using stealth addresses. And it guarantees the integrity and transparency of the medical record by medical blockchain. The scheme used CP-ABPRE allows the patient to have detailed access control on the medical records and to transfer the access control right even in cases of emergency such as emergency situations.
Therefore, this study can help to improve the security of the medical information sharing with several environments.
