빈곤퇴치를 위한 융복합 연구의 허브 구축: 빈곤퇴치를 위한 지속발전 거버넌스 모형의 탐색

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역공동체 거버넌스의 형성연구를 위해서 현재 개발도상국가들의 교육 및 학습, 경제개발 등을 주도하는 정치, 경제, 행정 지도자들에 대한 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통하여 현재 개발도상국가의 효과적인 지역공동체 친화형 거버넌스체계를 구축하였다. 그리고 선정된 친환경 유기농업 대상지역에 최적 친환경 유기농업 생태마을 조성에 필요한 정보조사를 위해 다양한 요소 중 대상지역의 지역적 특성, 경작체계, 농업환경, 퇴비체계, 토양영양, 노동요구량을 조사 분석하였다. 또한, 공중보건・보건교육 사례분석 및 문헌고찰, 지역사회진단 결과를 바탕으로 건강한 지역사회(Healthy Community) 만들기(깨끗한 수질 환경 조성, 깨끗한 화장실 만들기), 보건교육(Health Education)(산모 및 영유아를 위한 건강교실, 영양개선을 위한 보건교육, 건강한 성을 위한 보건교육) 등 대상지역에 맞는 세부공중보건・보건교육사업을 통해 개발에 필요한 사례연구를 구축하였다. 연구대상지역을 아프리카(우간다, 에티오피아), 동남아시아(네팔, 필리핀)를 선정하여 대상지역에 대한 공중보건, 사회자본, 생산성 지표를 일차 연구진이 개발하고, 전문가 대상 델파이조사를 통해 확정하여 추진하였다.

 This study used a survey of leaders in politics, economics and administration responsible for education and learning, economic development and an so on in developing countries, to construct an effective local community-friendly governance system. We also investigated and analysed local terrain, cultivation techniques, agricultural conditions, composting systems, soil conditions, labor demand and many other different factors, in order to construct optimized environment-friendly organic farming ecological villages in selected target areas. We further constructed a case study for development through detailed public health/health education activities suitable for target areas based on case analysis and a literature review of public health education concerning sanitation and results of local community evaluations. For example, making healthy communities (protecting clean water supplies, proper handling of toilets and sewage), health education (health classes for mothers and infants, health education for improving nutrition, sexual health education).
