실내농장을 활성화 하기 위한 노인 주거계획 = (A) senior residential plan to vitalize an indoor farm

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날의 빠른 경제성장과 의료기술의 발달은 인간에게 편리하고 건강한 삶을 가져다 주었다. 그러나, 도시가 복잡해지고 확대되면서 인간의 생애 경제활동 기간은 짧아져 사회적 역할이 쇠퇴한 건강한 고령인구들이 급속히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 출생률의 감소로 생산가능인구가 부담해야하는 고령인구에 대한 사회적 책임은 급속히 늘어나고 있어 국가성장에도 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 이에, 늘어만 가는 고령인구들에게 사회적 역할을 부여하여 개- Ⅲ -인의 사회적 참여를 연장하고, 타세대와 자연스럽게 소통 할 수 있으며, 독립적인 경제력을 확보 할 수 있는 고령인구들의, 삶의 질 개선에 근본적인 해결방법이 필요하다.
따라서, 본 연구는 노인 공동주거시설에 실내농장의 접목이라는 새로운 주거형태를 제안하면서 사회적참여 및 소통의 공간으로 실내농장의 활성화를 위한 노인주거 형태의 고찰에서 시작되며, 본 연구의 진행과 그 세부적인 구성은 다음과 같다.
제2장에서는 노년의 삶의 질에 대한 근본적인 개념과 국내에 설치 운영중인 노인공동주택의 공간계획 특성을 공간의 구성, 공간의 연계, 시설의 운영프로그램 측면에서 파악하여 사례들의 문제점을 파악하고 활성화 방법을 고찰하였다.
제3장에서는 국외(일본)의 선진 노인공동주택의 공간특성 및 시설의 운영프로그램을 파악하여 시사점을 도출하였으며, 국내외의 사례들을 통해 공간설계 구성 프로그램의 기반을 마련하였다.
제4장에서는 노년의 삶의 질을 더욱 건강하고 지속적으로 유지할 수 있는 실내농장시설의 개념과 실내건축공간의 접근 방법을 고찰하였다.
제5장에서는 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 실내농장을 활성화 하기 위한 노인 주거계획의 결과를 제시한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The fast economic growth and medical technology development has brought a convenient and healthy life to human. However, healthy senior citizens who don’t have social roles are continuously increasing as economic activities grow shorter and city is complicated and expanded. And, social responsibility for a senior citizen rapidly increases due to a falling birthrate, thereby having great effect on the national growth.
So, in order to improve the quality of life, the fundamental solution is needed to increase the social participation by giving a social role to a senior citizen who is increasing, to communicate with the younger generation smoothly, and to seize independent financial means.
Therefore, present research suggests new housing form which grafts an indoor farm on common residential facility, and considers a senior citizen housing form to invigorate an indoor farm for social participation and space for communication. The progress and detailed composition of present research are as follows.
In the second chapter, the fundamental concept of life quality of old age and the characteristic of space plan were perceived in aspect of space composition, space connection, and management program of facility. And, a method to invigorate was discussed.
In the third chapter, the implication is came out by perceiving the foreign operation program about space characteristic and facility of advanced senior common house. And, the program to composite the space design has been laid the foundation from examples of the inside and outside of the country.
In the fourth chapter, the concept of indoor farm facility and access method of indoor building space were considered in order to maintain the quality of senior life constantly.
In the last chapter, the results of senior residential plan are suggested to vitalize an indoor farm based on above research results.
