음이항회귀모형을 이용한 추나요법의 급여전환 전후 한의의료이용의 변화에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 음이항회귀모형을 이용하여 전국 110개 한의의료기관의 2016년부터 2019년까지 자료를 이용하여 성별, 연령, 급여전환 시기, 지역, 계절 요인들이 추나요법의 급여전환 전후 의료이용의 변화에 미치는 영향과 추나요법의 급여전환에 따른 비급여항목의 의료이용 변화를 실증분석하였다. 한방병원과 한의원에서 추나요법의 급여전환 전후 한의의료이용 환자수 당 추나요법 이용 환자수의 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 지역이며, 연령, 급여전환 시기, 의료이용 연도도 유의한 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 한방병원에서는 성별, 한의원에서는 계절이 영향요인으로 밝혀졌다. 추나요법의 급여전환에 따른 비급여항목의 의료이용 변화는 한방병원에서는 첩약과 한방물리요법, 한의원에서는 한방물리요법에서 유의하게 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was empirically analyzed factors expected to affect on the ratio of the number of patients using Chuna therapy to the number of patients using Korean medicine before and after the change of Chuna therapy. And the change in medical use of non-payment items was empirically analyzed. This study used data from 110 Korean medical institutions nationwide from 2016 to 2019, and negative binomial regression model. Region had the greatest influence on the change in the number of patients using Chuna therapy per the number of patients using Korean medicine therapy before and after the change of pay of Chuna therapy in Korean medicine hospitals and Korean medicine clinics. Age, time of change of pay, and year of medical use were also identified as significant factors. In Korean medicine hospitals, gender and season in Korean medicine clinics were found to be influencing factors. Changes in medical use of non-payment items were significant in herbal medicine and physiotherapy in Korean medicine hospitals and physiotherapy in Korean medicine clinics.
