지역의 거주환경의 현상과 특성에 관한 공시적 비교연구

The purpose of this study is to inquire into a cross-regional attributes through the comparative analysis on the present circumstances and characteristics of residential environment based on the relationships between people and their environment. It was conducted a survey targeting inhabitants of Jeonbuk Namwon-city, Jeonnam Mokpo-city and Jangseong-gun. It was analyzed the physical amenity factors in relation to satisfaction of residential environment, index and relative importance on the quality of environments. The importance of physical amenity factors emerged as in order of convenience, regional living environment, housing structure, stability, intimacy, green space of street and housing environment. Analysis on the comparative importances of physical amenity factors showed that respondents of Namwon-city, Mokpo-city and Jangseong-gun recognized housing structure, regional living environment and convenience respectively. Also, It was analyzed psychological amenity factors, index and relative importance on the quality of environments. The importance of psychological amenity factors emerged as in order of health, comfort, vitality and intimacy. Analysis on the comparative importances of psychological amenity factors showed that respondents of Namwon-city and Mokpo-city recognized health, and respondents of Jangseong-gun recognized vitality. It was revealed that there are the cross-regional differences on the cultural environment and synthetic cognitive structure.
