유아스포츠 이벤트 전문지도자의 직무환경특성과 직무태도 형성 = A Study on Job Environmental Characteristics and Job Attitude Formation of Professional Instructor in Child’s Sport Event

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to clarify the characteristics of job environment of children’s sport professional event instructors and to identify the job attitude.
Method: In-depth interviews were used as a research method. In order to analyze the data, inductive analysis and multiple verification method were used.
Results: The characteristics of the job environment of a specialist instructor for a child sports event are summarized as follows. ‘Need for communication and skills with customers such as parents, children and teachers’,’ high labor intensity ‘,’ many hours of work ‘, were analyzed as major job characteristics.
Conclusion: The environmental characteristics of infant sports events divide positive and negative attitudes of job satisfaction and turnover intention. In order to manage it effectively, a variety of on-the-job training education in parallel with sports practical training is needed for infant sports event specialist. Due to the environmental characteristics of infant sports events, they divide the job attitude into positive and negative, that is, job satisfaction and turnover intention.
