한국 골프장과 내장객을 통한 골프장 산업 활성화 방안 : 충청권 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 골프장 산업과 관련된 각종 참고문헌, 2012년 12월 골프장 통계자료, 전문기관들의 자료를 비교 분석하여 골프장의 증·감 또는 골프장의 내장객 변화추이와 수요예측의 문제점을 분석하여 충청권 골프장 활성화 대응방안 을 모색하고자 하였다. 첫째, 충청권의 내장객 수와 골프장수, 둘째, 충청권의 현재 운영 중인 골프장과 건설 중인 골프장, 셋째, 충청권 골프장 발전 방안에 대해서 분석하였다. 그 결과, 충청권에 특징인 세종시와 도청이전과 같은 지역에 유리한 조건과 정보기술(IT)을 뒷받침해왔던 대전 대덕연구단지를 능가할 첨단 기술 ‘메카’, 서해안 고속 도로로 인해 빠른 교통편은 경기도 서울 수도권 지역의 사람들이 쉽게 골프장을 갈 수 있는 지역으로 발전되고 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 충청권의 특징과 현황을 제시함으로써 골프장 활성화 방안과 역할을 모색하였고, 다른 지방자치단체의 체계적인 관리 인식과 경쟁적 우위 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 결과 는 한국골프장 산업의 성장 촉진제 역할과 더 나아가 골프 경영진의 기초정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze increase and decrease of golf courses or the problems of demand prediction as well as the change of visitors to golf courses to search for a countermeasure to revitalize golf courses in the Chungcheong region by comparing and analyzing various literatures related to the golf course industry and the golf course statistics and data of professional institution in December 2012. This study analyzed first the numbers of the golf course visitors in the Chungcheong region, second the golf courses that are currently in operation and in construction and third a plan to develop the golf courses in the Chungcheong region. As a result, it was found that due to the quick transportation of Seohaean Expressway, the 'mecca' of advanced technology that can excel the Daejeon Daedeok Industrial Complex that have supported beneficial conditions and IT in the regions such as a characteristic of the Chungcheong region, Sejong-si and the area where the provincial government building transferred, the golf courses in the Chungcheong region develops to golf courses where the people of the Gyeonggi-do and Seoul metropolitan areas can easily visit. By suggesting these characteristics and situations of the Chungcheong region, the study searched for a plan to revitalize the golf course industry and furthermore, suggested a strategy to establish systematic management recognition and competitive advantages of other autonomous entities. At last, it is considered that this study can play a role in promoting the growth of the Korean golf course industry and furthermore, provide the golf management with basic information.
