Now the increasing number of Property Management Companies is three times from 17 in 2005 to 53, and four and half times the setting-price.
Of twelve funds targeted for the analysis, Private Offering and loan type accounts largely for 6, 2 to 5 year-old in management period and funds of 1 to 5 investors do 8. The targets for management varied depending on real-estate products, which provide more profitable P/E ratio than common finance products. It is the similar result from comparative analysis between funds and insolvent funds that there are 6 fund products making up of 54.9%, and 45.2% in insolvent ratio of the national real-estate funds.
