An alternative dispute resolution (ADR) systems should be depended on according to the parties mind and requires everywhere, regardless of countries, and should be continually improved to cofront with the vitality of the business world.
Moreover, efficency as well as fairness and impartiality should be given the first priority as a criterion of the ADR.
Accordingly, if the parties desire to use some new form of dispute resolution within or without a legal proceeding, the persons or institutions which are assumed to solve the dispute should dedicate themselves to make any and whatever dispute resoltion system that will satisfy the parties' preference as much as possible.
