    Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a major food-borne pathogen that causes life-threatening diseases in humans when ingested via the consumption of raw or undercooked seafood. We presents a complete genome sequence of V. parahaemolyticus strain MFDS1021033 isolated from raw fish using the PacBio Sequel platform. The complete genome sequence of V. parahaemolyticus MFDS1021033 consists of a circular chromosome of 5,178,451 bp with a G + C content of 45.3%. The presence of virulence factor-encoding genes tlh, T3SS and T6SS. As a result of gene prediction, this strain possesses 4,857 CDSs, 131 tRNA genes, and 32 rRNA genes.
