민간 경호·경비의 유비쿼터스 적용 방안 = Application of Ubiquitous for the Private Guard and Security

Ubiquitous is the terms, which describe the next generation computer to help human beings in their work in modern society.
To realize ubiquitous world, people must institute computer wherever it is required so that they can access computer without rein.
The developments of IT communication, which bring about knowledge-based society have made community changed a lot in many quarters, so ubiquitous computing is a new paradigmto go to an information-oriented society.
It is necessary to apply a proper practice in considerably changing Ubiquitous computer environment. On that score, new alternative plan is required in security to keep pace with variation.
Using a computer through object is an advantage in the field of security and guard. (i.e) precious person or belongings arein the face of danger; it can inform you of the situation in the distance or inform the security company of something wrong while you are out.
Poor evaluation of security because of old-fashioned method to handle a situation will be changed by using ubiquitous computer system in a near future because security should turn into well equipped with system to cope with the heinousand intellectual offense crime.
First of all, it is required that securities muse understand of changing ubiquities generation to prevent brutal crimes.
I try to survey a change of information society due to developed IT technologyto make an initiative function in this text.
The ideal ubiquitous world is which can make us more prosperous in our life, and make us friendlier in opposition to make a tough world not exchange between people. Ubiquitous can make a real revolution when it is focused on human beings not computer.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

민간 경호․경비에 있어 유비쿼터스는 언제 어디서나 어떠한 사물을 통하여서든 컴퓨터를 활용할 수 있다는 것이 굉장한 매력이 아닐 수 없다. 유비쿼터스의 등장으로 가까운 미래에는 민간 경호․경비원들이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 자유자재로 구사함으로써 경호․경비원의 좋지 못한 인식과 구태의연한 예전의 방식들이 시대의 변화에 따라 도태될 날이 머지않았다. 무엇보다도 나날이 지능화되고 흉포화 되어가는 범죄들과 대응하기 위해서는 경호․경비원들도 변화하지 않으면 안 되기 때문이다. 따라서 빠르게 변화해 가는 유비쿼터스 시대를 정확하게 인식하는 능력을 갖출 필요가 있을 것이다.
이 연구에서는 하루가 다르게 변모하면 다가오는 유비쿼터스 세상 속에서 경호․경비분야의 보다 효율적이고 능동적인 기능 수행을 위해서는, 무엇보다 정보기술의 발전으로 인한 정보화 사회 환경변화 및 경호․경비분야의 변화에 민감하게 대응하는 것이라 사료 된다. 그리하여 관련 분야의 동향에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 민간 경호․경비의 역할을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 방안으로 유비쿼터스를 적용해 보고자 하였다.
그리하여 민간 경호․경비분야에 효율적으로 적용될 수 있는 기술들을 그 대상으로 하여 민간 경호․경비분야에서 오랜 시간 사람에 의해서만 가능한 일들을 유비쿼터스의 기술을 적용함으로써 개인 능력의 극대화와 그에 따른 부가적인 경제적 효과 및 효율적인 업무 수행, 그리고 민간 경호․경비원의 인식 개선 등의 방안을 구체적 관련 사례를 들어 모색 하였다.
