인문사회과학영역 : 무용교사의 리더십이 학생의 학습목표 지향성과 성취목표 지향성에 미치는 영향 = Humanities and Social Sciences : The Influence of Leadership of Dancing Teachers on the Learning and Achievement Gold Ornamentation of Students Majored in Dancing

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of leadership of dancing teachers on the learning and achievement gold ornamentation of students majored in dancing. The data collected from the 600 high school students majored in dancing was analyzed. With the collected data, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis was performed by SPSSWIN Ver 12.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the arts high school students had higher awareness of learning goal orientation than general high school students, by statistically significant difference. General high school students had higher awareness of achievement goal orientation than the arts high school students by statistically significant difference. Second, the school years showed did not difference statistically on learning goal orientation, but significant difference on achievement gold orientation. Third, major showed did not difference statistically on learning goal orientation and achievement gold orientation. Fourth, the transactional, intellectual stimulation, and personal consideration impacts positive(+) influence on learning goal orientation of high school students majored in dancing. Fifth, the exception management, intellectual stimulation, and personal consideration impacts positive(+) influence on achievement gold orientation of the high school students majored in dancing.
