미래에 대한 불안이 미 충족 의료에 미치는 영향 = The Factors Affecting Unmet Medical Needs in Those Who Feel Future Anxiety

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study employed SPSS Window version 23.0 for hierarchical logistic regression analysis on 2018 KMP data to evaluate the impact of unmet medical services on future anxiety and confirm contributing factors. Using the Anderson Model, I adjusted factors influencing healthcare utilization and validated variables contributing to unmet healthcare needs. Results showed significant associations between unmet healthcare needs and factors such as age, education, marital status, understanding of doctor's explanations, smoking, self-perceived health, activity limitations, and thoughts of suicide. To manage future anxiety and reduce unmet healthcare needs, need assessment models that systematically evaluate interactions, including social anxiety symptoms. To address this, psychiatry and government agencies must collaborate to improve public understanding of anxiety disorders and coping abilities.
