고속차량 진동이 전장장치 냉각팬에 끼치는 영향 분석 = Analysis of Electric equipment`s cooling fan affected by the high-speed vehicle vibration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현대의 철도차량은 속도 증가에 따른 전장장치 용량의 증가로 인하여 장치발열의 증가가 피할 수 없는 조건이 되었다. 이에 따라서 전장품 설계 및 제작 시 장치의 발열을 강제로 냉각할 수 있는 냉각장치의 설치가 점차 증가하는 추세이다. 속도가 빠른 고속차량 같은 경우 전동차량이나 경전철에 대비하여 차량내부에 더 많은 전장품 냉각장치가 설치되어 있다. 냉각방법(공기 냉각, 수냉각, 자연냉각 등)에 따라 전장장치의 냉각방법을 선정하고 검토 및 연구하는 것은 차량 설계 및 제작에 있어서 필수 사항이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 고속철도차량에서 발생하고 있는 냉각장치(특히 냉각팬)의 문제점 및 분석을 통하여 냉각장치의 개선 및 대하여 논하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Of modern High speed train was a condition that cannot avoid an increase in the vibration. Accordingly there is a trend for increasing the installation of the cooling device capable of cooling to the force when the electrical component designs and manufacturing. If the speed of fast high-speed vehicles is a number of cooling units installed in preparation for electric cars or light rail. How to select the cooling unit on the battlefield of various cooling systems such as air cooling, cooling, natural cooling, and accordingly applicable review requirements became mandatory in vehicle design and production. In this paper, through the analysis of the problems and the cooling device (especially, a cooling fan) , which occurs in the vehicle to improve high-speed rail and discussion about the cooling.
