Gestalt 예술치료가 우울장애 환자의 대인관계에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the effect of Gestalt group therapy program on the purpose of
increasing interpersonal relationships levels for depression disorders.
The Happy Life program can be a Gestalt theory - based psychotherapy, which was
developed by the author through this work and which actually includes music - based
imagination, improvisation, dance․movement and poetry in it.
26 patients were hospitalized in a psychiatric ward of D medical center, All 26 persons
were eventually divided into 2 groups for both experimental and control groups where each
group consisted of 13 persons.
Each group completed Relationship Change Scale(RCS) of Schlein & Guerney. RCS
pre/post-tests were conducted one day before/after every experiment. experiment for
hospitalized groups was performed during 90 minutes per one experiment, 2-3 times per a
week, and totally 13 experiments were continued as one session. SAS 8.03 program was
used for data analyses of the above experimental results from both experimental and control
groups. By theses analyses, pre-tests average and standard deviation were obtained, and
ANOVA and ANCOVA were also fulfilled to analyse the difference of therapy conditions
accordingly.
The results from a covariance analysis showed that the experimental group participated
in Gestalt music therapy - ‘Happy Life’ demonstrated more increase in interpersonal
relationships than those of control group. Therefore, this work suggests that ‘Happy Life’
program has a value for either group or individual treatment in the aspects of increasing
interpersonal relationships of clients.
