여성주의 집단미술치료가 성폭력 생존자의 자존감과 불안에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to check how effective the feminist group art therapy, consisting of feminist counseling and group art therapy, can be in helping the survivors of sexual violence regain self esteem, reduce anxiety, and change their behavior and attitude.
The study subjects are 9 survivors of sexual violence who volunteered to participate in the program, taking the therapy session of 2 nights and 3 days without break.
For research tools, Rosenberg's measure of self esteem(1965) and Spielberger's measure
of anxiety(1970) are used; paired sample t-test is used to check the difference between pre-test and post-test of the program.
The results of the study are as follows.
First, feminist group art therapy is effective to help the survivors of sexual violence restore their self esteem.
Second, feminist group art therapy is effective to reduce the victims' anxiety.
Third, feminist group art therapy gives some positive influence on the victims' behavior
and attitude. Through the group therapy, the members can gain a new understanding as to
values of themselves, have their fear and distrust reduced, then show positive changes and
improvement in human relationship.
To conclude, feminist group art therapy proves to be a useful tool for helping the victims
of sexual violence to heal. A future counseling model for sexual violence, thus, should be
an art therapeutic model that combines both a theoretical approach of psychotherapy and a
viewpoint of feminist counseling.
