    The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of citizen`s voluntary campaign against rumors in cyberspace. This study examines the potential impact of ``rumor terminatory (T)`` in SIRT model on the rumor spreading process by simulating agent-based object tools, which until now has seldom been the object of empirical research. Agent-based object tools offer a new theoretical basis from which to explore complex adaptive social systems. These models and tools help us to understand better the types of problems that arise in the area of cyberspace. The results of this study show that there is a statistically significant negative relationship between rumor ``terminatory (T)`` and rumor ``infected (I)`` in the SIRT model, which means that as size of ``terminatory (T)`` increases, the rumor fades away. It is safe to say that the citizen`s voluntary campaign is an effective strategy to rest rumors.
