This paper first describes how much Iksan has invested in these areas in order to present its challenges for becoming a Hyo Culture City and an Elderly-Friendly City. In order to examine whether the budget is to be budgeted, to improve the educational welfare issue in the lifelong education, to improve the negative image of Iksan, and to establish the youth education to establish its position as a filial culture city, and to become an elderly-friendly city, We discussed the need for long-term choices and concentrations in investing in old-age education in preparation for higher educational attainment.
