국문 초록 (Abstract)

  1. 내용<BR>  (1) 연구목적<BR>  부동산 컨설팅 업은 부동산업 중에서 최첨단 산업이다. 여러 선진국들과 비교함으로써, 발전방향을 모색한다.<BR>  (2) 연구방법<BR>  주로 문헌을 중심으로 연구한다. 각국의 제도 비교, 국내외 논문 및 저서, 협회의 문헌등을 중심으로 조사·연구하였다.<BR>  (3) 연구결과<BR>  부동산 컨설팅 이론의 체계화, 유능한 컨설팅의 양성, 이를 위한 교육, 경험의 필요성이 대두된다.<BR>  2. 결과<BR>  컨설턴트의 전문성과 윤리성, 고객의 요구에 충분히 부응할 수 있는 부동산 전문가로서, 공정성과 신뢰성을 바탕으로, 고객에게 중립적인 입장에서 진실한 정보를 제공해야한다. 우리나라도 미국, 일본 등 선진국처럼 부동산 컨설팅 분야가 제도적으로 뒷받침되고 바람직한 부동산 컨설팅활동이 이루어져야 한다.
