지식 공유 형태에 따른 이용자 반응 및 확산 효과 분석: 과학기술 협업 플랫폼을 중심으로 = Analysis of User Behavior and Diffusion Patterns by Knowledge-Sharing Type: Evidence from Science and Technology Collaboration Platforms

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지식 공유는 집단 학습을 촉진하고, 연구자들의 창의적 사고와 융합 연구, 네트워크 확장을통해 혁신을 도모하며 연구의 질을 향상시킨다. 본 연구는 온라인 협업 플랫폼에서 제공되는지식 공유 유형이 연구자들의 지식 경계 확장과 네트워크 확산에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.
연구 결과, 구조적 콘텐츠는 지식 경계 확장에, 비구조적 콘텐츠는 네트워크 확산에 각각유의한 차이의 효과를 보였다. 또한, 반구조적 및 비구조적 콘텐츠는 플랫폼 전반의 만족도에긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 비구조적 콘텐츠는 이용자의 지속 이용 의도에, 반구조적 콘텐츠는추천 의도에 유의한 효과를 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 협업 플랫폼에서 지식 콘텐츠유형에 따라 지식 경계 확장과 네트워크 확산 효과가 다르게 나타남을 실증적으로증명하였으며, 향후 플랫폼 서비스의 발전 방향에 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.

Knowledge sharing promotes collective learning and fosters innovation by enhancing researchers’ creative thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and network expansion, thereby improving the quality of research. This study analyzed the effects of different types of knowledge sharing provided by online collaboration platforms on researchers’ knowledge boundary expansion and network diffusion. The results show that structured content had a significant effect on knowledge boundary expansion, whereas unstructured content had a significant effect on network diffusion. In addition, both semi-structured and unstructured content positively influenced overall platform satisfaction. Specifically, unstructured content significantly contributed to users’ intention for continued use, while semi-structured content positively affected their willingness to recommend the platform. Accordingly, this study empirically demonstrates that the effects of knowledge content types on knowledge boundary expansion and network diffusion differ within online collaboration platforms, and it provides important implications for the future development of such platforms.
