지식행정 활동의 평가모형 도출과 측정지표에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

  Knowledge management is emerging as one of the most powerful management tools in today’s public management sectors. This paper proposes a framework for measuring the activities in public knowledge administration. In order to a purpose of this study, one is reviewed the literature investigation toward knowledge management and an evaluation case of private and public sectors. A theoretical research is described the conception on public knowledge administration in collusion with a characteristic and identity of public administration. And a modeling for measuring the activities in public knowledge administration is composed with a basic environment, components, and performance domain included quantitative and qualitative indicators.
