This study is to devise some measure about the finance plan of leisure activities for the old. The measure resulted from this study was as follow! First, It is necessary to consider about the pettiness of property structure, the fixed assets, and the decreasing of burden ratio, as a way for the reduce of Juridial person management. Second, It is good to make welfare institution law civilianized, manage fund raising autonomusly, as a way for mobilizing nongovernmental property. Third. It is worth to consider about the volunteers service, saving, and pettiness by employing local self-government. Fourth, As a way for strengthening of budget, it is important to support government or local self-government, and to legislate the number of applied ratio. Fifth, As a way for enlarging appropriation of the old, it must be deliberated to equip institution of leisure activities for the old, and to develope the programs for the old welfare of leisure activities.
